On 16 Mar 12 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued a citation to Richard R. Gage, age 63, 2950 Patten Mills Road, Stockport, for driving under a suspended license. Deputy Mankins stopped Mr. Gage on State Route 339 near Sparling Road in Waterford Township.

On 16 Mar 12 a forty-six year old Marietta resident reported her sixteen year old foster daughter was nowhere to be found when she stopped to pick the teenager up at Warren High School that afternoon. The teenager was traced to Parkersburg but her current whereabouts are unknown. This case remains under investigation (1293).

On 16 Mar 12 an employee of the Stonebridge Operating Company, Warren Chapel Road, Marietta, reported at some point during the past month an unknown suspect(s) removed approximately 2,000 feet of two inch steel pipe from an oil well site near 834 Fisher Ridge Road in Fleming. This case remains under investigation (1090).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Thomas Robert Voisinet, age 31, 485 Muskingum River Road, Marietta, for a felony charge of tampering with drugs and misdemeanor charges of OVI, driving outside the marked lanes of travel, operating a vehicle with expired plates and disorderly conduct by intoxication. Voisinet was arrested near the intersection of Second and Butler streets in Marietta by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Mar 12 at 2:25 am.

Michael Arthur Shotwell, age 27, 1490 Club Drive, Washington, WV, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Shotwell was arrested at the office of Probation Officer E. Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Mar 12 at 11:40 am.
