On 15 Mar 12 Deputy Sheriff Underwood requested
a summons for a seventeen year old Marietta resident to appear
in Juvenile Court for being unruly. The teenager’s father
reported his son refused to go to school for the past three
days and was afraid a physical confrontation would erupt if
he attempted to discipline his son. When the teenager eventually
arrived at Warren High School later that morning he refused
to attend class until the vice principal threatened to phone
the Sheriff’s Office.
