On 25 Feb 12 a seventeen year old Waterford resident reported sometime between 8 am and 4 pm an unknown suspect(s) entered his home and stole his seven month old female bull mastiff from its crate. This case remains under investigation (507).

On 25 Feb 12 James L. Williams, age 63, 2070 Upper Fifteenmile Creek Road, Wingett Run, reported at some point during the past two days an unknown suspect(s) stole seven electric oil well motors from a storage building on his property. Mr. Williams estimates the motors are worth approximately $500. This case remains under investigation (1184).

On 25 Feb 12 Deputy Sheriff Mankins requested a warrant for Jerry Coleman, age 50, 7188 South Dale Road, Stockport, for telecommunications harassment. The previous day Mr. Coleman left a message on the voicemail of his child’s mother threatening to shoot her and her boyfriend.

On 25 Feb 12 the owner of White Oak Pharmacy, 8465 State Route 339, Vincent, reported employees informed him that they discovered a number of empty merchandise boxes throughout the store. Viewing surveillance footage for between 18 and 22 Feb, the owner observed a woman, later identified as Esther Porter, age 51, 13700 State Route 339, Waterford, stealing a number of items. Interviewed by Deputy Sheriff Metts, Ms. Porter admitted stealing the items and commented she has a problem with stealing. When she was informed she was going to be arrested for theft, Ms. Porter attempted to ingest a large quantity of prescription medication. Ms. Porter was transported to the hospital for treatment and will be issued a summons to appear on a theft charge.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Joshua Alan Beaver, age 32, 101 Evans Street Apt. B11, New Matamoras, for two misdemeanor counts of domestic violence. Beaver was arrested on State Route 7 in Beavertown by Deputy Sheriff Carr and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Feb 12 at 2:43 am.

Stacy Ray Robinson Jr., age 24, 1206 Colonial Drive, Marietta, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Robinson was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Estes of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Feb 12 at 4:31 pm.
