On 17 Feb 12 Nicole Erac, age 18, 1418 Barth Road, Belpre, reported she was involved in an altercation with her mother, Tracy Sweeney, age 44. Arguing over her schooling, Ms. Erac said she attempted to leave the residence when her mother grabbed a knife from the kitchen. As Ms. Sweeney attempted to slash the tires on her daughter’s vehicle a struggle ensued and Ms. Erac received several superficial cuts on her arms.
