On 17 Feb 12 Nicole Erac, age 18, 1418 Barth
Road, Belpre, reported she was involved in an altercation with
her mother, Tracy Sweeney, age 44. Arguing over her schooling,
Ms. Erac said she attempted to leave the residence when her
mother grabbed a knife from the kitchen. As Ms. Sweeney attempted
to slash the tires on her daughter’s vehicle a struggle
ensued and Ms. Erac received several superficial cuts on her
arms. During the incident Ms. Sweeney was successful in cutting
the front and rear tires on the driver side of her daughter’s
vehicle. Consequently, Deputy Sheriff Smeeks arrested Ms. Sweeney
for domestic violence and criminal mischief and transported
her to the Washington County Jail.

were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Tracy Ann Sweeney, age 44, 1418 Barth Road,
Belpre, for domestic violence and criminal mischief, both misdemeanors.
Sweeney was arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Smeeks
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Feb 12 at
William Jackson Taylor, age 30, PO Box 37,
Belpre, for obstructing official business, a misdemeanor. Taylor
was picked up at the Southeast Ohio Regional Jail by Deputy
Sheriff Huffer and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 17 Feb 12 at 7:48 pm.
