On 9 Feb 12 Jean Kincaid, age 35, 118 Second Street, Lower Salem, reported she was watching television around 2:00 am when she was startled by a noise. When she looked outside, Ms. Kincaid said she saw an unknown male standing on her porch. Ms. Kincaid stated she turned on her porch light and when she looked out a window the suspect was no longer there. This case remains under investigation (208).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Lisa Marie Joy, age 37, 1220 East Branch Road, Lowell, for OVI and possession of drugs, both misdemeanors. Joy was arrested on State Route 339 in Vincent by Lt. Stackpole of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Feb 12 at 12:01 am.

Kenneth Dale Mullins, age 47, 195 Maple Street, Salyersville, KY, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Mullins was arrested on Pike Street by Patrolman Nohe of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Feb 12 at 1:52 am.

Keiran James Spader, age 20, 902 Lincoln Drive, Parkersburg, for underage consumption of alcohol and possession of drugs, both misdemeanors. Spader was arrested on Second Street by Patrolman Wenzel of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Feb 12 at 2:31 am.

Shawn Norman Bonar, age 35, 146 Stone Quarry Road, Fleming, for theft, a misdemeanor. Bonar was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Holbert and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Feb 12 at 11:20 am.
