On 25 Jan 12 Pam McCreery, age 54, 16065 State Route 550, Fleming, reported at some point during the past three days an unknown suspect(s) entered her mother’s former residence at 300 Fourth Street, Lowell. Ms. McCreery said the only item she believes is missing is a thirty-seven inch flat screen television. This case remains under investigation (594).

On 25 Jan 12 an employee of the Washington County Juvenile Center, 1699 Colegate Drive, Marietta, reported Damian M. Bettinger, age 17, 209 Poplar Lane, Marietta, and Logan C. Venham, age 16, 1060 Sugar Run Road, Marietta, fled from the facility that evening. The teenagers were not immediately located and will likely face charges file by Juvenile Court (594). Photos of Bettinger and Venham are attached.

On 25 Jan 12 Jeff Rogers, age 51, 631 Cave Hill Road, Little Hocking, reported two chainsaws were stolen from a storage building on his property sometime between 23 Jan and 25 Jan. This case remains under investigation (1104).

On 25 Jan 12 Deputy Sheriff Lockhart arrested Glenna A. Milliron, age 19, 235 Johnson Road, Marietta, for aggravated menacing. A witness reported Mrs. Milliron was involved in an argument with her husband, Michael, age 22, and brandished a knife on two occasions during the incident. Mr. Milliron refused to cooperate or to provide a statement but Deputy Lockhart learned from witnesses that Mrs. Milliron also threatened her husband while pointing the knife at him. None of the home’s other residents were threatened or reported being in fear for their safety during the dispute.

On 25 Jan 12 Jessica R. Legleitner, age 18, 930 Robinson Hill Road, Marietta, reported she was threatened by the father of her child when the two exchanged custody of the young girl. Ms. Legleitner said the suspect made the comment while he was seated in his car and that she felt he would carry out the threat if she didn’t retreat inside her home. This case remains under investigation (208).

On 25 Jan 12 Jessica Haught, age 27, 1225 County House Lane, Marietta, reported she was retrieving property from her ex-boyfriend’s residence on Lynch Church Road when she was assaulted by his new girlfriend. Shoved down steps by the suspect, Ms. Haught stated she was uninjured and did not retaliate. This case remains under investigation (208).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Brian Gordan Barrington, age 45, 4716 Ogden Drive, Wooster, OH, for felonious assault and for a felony charge of receiving stolen property. Barrington was arrested near milepost six on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Jan 12 at 2:07 am.

Glenna Ashley Milliron, age 19, 235 Johnson Road, Marietta, for aggravated menacing, a misdemeanor. Milliron was arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Lockhart and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Jan 12 at 2:43 pm.

Ashley Nicole Caffey, age 26, 423 Fifth Street, Lowell, for aggravated robbery, a felony. Caffey was picked up in Muskingum County by Deputy Sheriff Huffer and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Jan 12 at 3:39 pm.

Thomas Bradley Ruddlesden, age 21, 420 Henderson Avenue, Williamstown, for OVI, not wearing a seat belt and failure to signal, all misdemeanors. Ruddlesden was arrested on Fourth Street in Marietta by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Jan 12 at 11:08 pm.
