On 24 Jan 12 Whitney Griffith, age 25, 114
Sharon Street, Marietta, reported at some point during the past
four days three gold and diamond rings and a laptop computer
with accessories were stolen from her former residence at 1115
Long Run Road, Newport. Ms. Griffith and her husband are residing
elsewhere while they are going through the divorce process but
allowed two acquaintances to live in the home. Following the
theft Ms. Griffith and her husband asked the couple to vacate
the residence. Prior to leaving the couple allegedly damaged
a wall in one of the home’s bedrooms. This case remains
under investigation (507, 1007).
On 24 Jan 12 a fifty year old Marietta resident
reported she received 200 unwanted text messages from a local
resident she met on an online dating site. The victim stated
she briefly dated the suspect and has been attempting to break
it off with him since August 2011. This case remains under investigation

were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Thomas Gale Little, age 21, 1407 Station Drive,
Saint Marys, for theft, a misdemeanor. Little was arrested in
Devola by Deputy Sheriff McConnell and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 24 Jan 12 at 1:26 pm.
Cheyenne Nicole Milligan, age 18, 37 Town Hall
Road, Marietta, for possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.
Milligan was arrested at her residence and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 24 Jan 12 at 1:32 pm.
Patrick Michael Palazzo, age 26, 150 Camelot
Drive Lot 9, Belpre, for being a fugitive from justice. Palazzo
turned himself in to Deputy Sheriff Underwood and was processed
into the Washington County Jail on 24 Jan 12 at 2:36 pm.
