On 20 Dec 11 Deputy Sheriff Smeeks requested
a summons for Stephanie L. McKeown, age 36, 815 Warrior Drive,
Vincent, for theft. While picking her daughter up at Barlow/Vincent
Elementary School the previous afternoon, Ms. McKeown entered
the girl’s locker room and rummaged through backpacks
belonging to students who were attending cheerleading practice.
From three backpacks, Ms. McKeown stole a total of $25.
On 20 Dec 11 the owner of Specialty Fabrication,
26450 State Route 7, Marietta, reported when he arrived at the
business that morning he discovered an unknown suspect(s) forcibly
entered the building. The owner said approximately 250 feet
of welding lead wire is missing. This case remains under investigation
On 20 Dec 11 Courtney Pugh, age 18, 27360 State
Route 7 Lot 17, Marietta, reported she awoke to find her live-in
boyfriend, Brandon Blouin, age 19, looking through her mobile
phone. An argument ensued thereafter, during which Mr. Blouin
struck his girlfriend in the chest and shoved her to the floor.
Viewing marks on Ms. Pugh consistent with her statement, Deputy
Sheriff Caltrider arrested Mr. Blouin for domestic violence
and transported him to the Washington County Jail.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Brandon Michael Blouin, age 19, 1585 Louis
Street, Belpre, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Blouis
was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Caltrider and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Dec 11 at 3:35
Eric Lee Touvell, age 29, 310 Maple Street,
Belpre, for receiving stolen property, contempt of a court order
and for being in possession of a weapon while under disability,
all felonies. Touvell was picked up in Guernsey County and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 20 Dec 11 at 2:00 pm.
