Archive of 12-17-11

On 17 Dec 11 Tialisa L. Johnson, age 23, 9531 Federal Road, Cutler, reported her live-in boyfriend, Jason Allman, age 29, was intoxicated when he arrived at their residence shortly before midnight and immediately became abusive toward her. Ms. Johnson, who is nine months pregnant, said Mr. Allman grabbed her by throat, then left their residence for about a half hour. During that time, Ms. Johnson’s mother arrived during that time and was subjected to an argument when Mr. Allman returned. Following the argument, Mr. Allman retrieved a piece of lumber and hit the windshield of Ms. Johnson’s mother’s vehicle. Mr. Allman subsequently fled and could not be located. Consequently, Deputy Sheriff Carr requested warrants for Mr. Allman for domestic violence and criminal damaging.

On 17 Dec 11 Arthur Corp, age 68, 140 Cameron Road, Whipple, reported his son in law was hunting on his property that morning when he observed two other individuals hunting on the property without permission. It appears the subjects were hunting on an adjacent property when they inadvertently crossed shortly onto Mr. Corp’s property without seeing a hunting sign. Thankfully the property was not in Iran so the two interlopers were not being held by as spies. Deputy Sheriff Metts will be contacting the Law Director’s Office to determine if trespassing charges are warranted in this case.

On 17 Dec 11 Allen D. Ball, age 29, 2184 School House Road, Little Hocking, reported he was walking along Collins Road when an acquaintance stopped and exited his vehicle, struck him numerous times and removed $290 from his wallet. Mr. Ball contradicted himself on several facts pertaining to allegation but did have marks on his head indicative of an assault. He thereafter declined to pursue the matter further. Lt. Hornbeck subsequently spoke to the alleged suspects, who admitted attacking Mr. Ball because Mr. Ball made inappropriate comments to his girlfriend via the internet. Informed of the suspect’s admission, Mr. Ball. Again declined to pursue charges.

The following individual was processed into the Washington County Jail:

Daniel Edward Hendrickson, age 57, Marietta, for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. Hendrickson was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Warden of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Dec 11 at 4:15 pm.
