On 16 Dec 11 Kristina P. Howard, age 22, 8620 Dalzell Road, Lower Salem, reported when her husband Dustin, age 25, arrived home from work he was still angry due to the fact that the two had been arguing intermittently for the past several days. Mrs. Howard said her husband was walking up a flight of stairs followed by their two year old child and at one point stuck his foot out in the child’s direction. Fearing her husband may kick the girl down the stairs, Mrs. Howard retrieved the child and sought refuge behind a locked door until help could arrive. Mrs. Howard said at the time she feared her husband would cause physical harm to the child. Additionally, the evening before Mrs. Howard said her husband narrowly missed her when he threw a piece of plywood at her. Based on his investigation, Deputy Carr arrested Mr. Howard for domestic violence and transported him to the Washington County Jail.

When Mr. Andrews’ mother, Terri McGoye, age 51, confronted him for allegedly fabricating weapons in his bedroom, Mr. Andrews swung a metal at his mother and punched her in the chest. Ms. McGoye said her son believed four individuals were en route to fight him and was making weapons to use in the fight. Mr. Andrews was uncooperative with the Deputies at the scene and had to be tasered twice before the three Deputies at the scene were able to place him in custody.

On 16 Dec 11 Dale Fletcher, age 58, 128 Buells Circle, Marietta, reported he recently discovered three unauthorized charges on his debit card account. Further investigation revealed one of the charges and likely the other two were made by Mr. Fletcher’s son, who is an authorized user on the account. Stating he believed his son lied to him about making the charges, Mr. Fletcher declined to pursue the matter further (1007).

On 16 Dec 11 Connie J. Smith, age 44, 1715 Sandhill Road, Marietta, reported sometime between 10 am and midnight an unknown suspect(s) entered a storage building on her property.
