Archive of 12-11-11

On 11 Dec 11 Deputy Sheriff Caltrider requested summonses for Frederick G. McKitrick, age 29, 13120 State Route 676, Waterford, and his live-in girlfriend, Tabitha D. Way, age 30, for disorderly conduct by fighting. During an argument over Ms. Way’s alleged unfaithfulness, both parties yelled at and slapped the other. Neither party reported being in fear for their safety and they agreed to separate for the evening.

On 11 Dec 11 Deputy Sheriff McConnell responded to a domestic dispute at 2745 Christy Road, Marietta. Danny L. Leslie, age 56, stated he and his wife have been having marital problems and his wife became upset during an argument. Mr. Leslie said his wife shouted at him but no physical confrontation took place. As a result, Deputy McConnell closed this case as unfounded.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Glen Allen Starling, age 23, 1111 Lynn Street, Parkersburg, for disorderly conduct by fighting and for possession of drugs, both misdemeanors. Starling was arrested at the Locker Room by Patrolman Nohe of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Dec 11 at 3:04 am.

Bo Damian Ladeaux, age 22, 1230 Warren Chapel Road, Fleming, for OVI and for failure to control, both misdemeanors. Ladeaux was arrested on Veto Road by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Dec 11 at 5:53 am.

Robert Gale Wagner, age 47, 101 Theis Avenue Apt. 11, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Wagner was arrested on Lincoln Circle by Patrolman Nohe of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Dec 11 at 8:29 pm.
