On 8 Dec 11 Deputy Sheriff Anderson responded to the scene of death of an eighty-six year old Marietta resident. The woman’s death appears to be due to natural causes; no foul play is suspected.

On 8 Dec 11 Deputy Sheriff Underwood issued a minor misdemeanor citation to Adam W. Landaker, age 31, 4130 Sparling Road, Waterford, for disorderly conduct. Mr. Landaker barged into his ex-wife’s home at 680 Main Street Apt. B, Waterford, and attempted to retrieve some of his property. While doing so, Mr. Landaker instigated arguments with the home’s three residents and initially refused to leave the residence. When he eventually left Mr. Landaker damaged a wall by shoving a door and punched his ex-wife’s vehicle. None of the home’s residents reported being threatened or assaulted during the incident.
