On 4 Dec 11 the Little Hocking Fire Department transported a twenty-eight year old Belpre resident to Camden Clark Hospital for treatment to self-inflicted cuts to his wrist. Distraught over monetary difficulties, the victim inflicted cuts that will require glue or stitches to close (610).

On 4 Dec 11 Deputy Sheriff Underwood arrested a seventeen year old Waterford resident on two charges of delinquency by domestic violence. Arguing with his father over not going to church, the teenager shoved his father into a speaker in the home’s living room. The teenager’s sister then made a comment that angered him, prompting him to draw his fist back in a threatening manner. Both parties stated they were in fear for their safety during the incident and requested temporary protection orders.

On 4 Dec 11 Laura P. Morrison, age 74, 543 Burnfield Road, Little Hocking, reported she returned to her residence at 7:30 pm after being away for over twelve hours she discovered a pane in the glass of a rear door was shattered. This case remains under investigation (608).

On 4 Dec 11 Hulda J. Dillon, age 44, 32 Suzanne Street, Little Hocking, reported over the past year she and her husband have noticed several items missing from their home. Mrs. Dillon stated she and her husband live in Myrtle Beach but their children lived in this area from December 2010 until August 2011. Mrs. Dillon has yet to complete a full list of the stolen items but said three ounces of silver bars and a gold butterfly necklace were missing. This case remains under investigation (592).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Zachary Barnett, age 25, 231 Hillcrest Drive Apt. D, Marietta, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Barnett was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Thomas of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Dec 11 at 2:30 am.

Ryan Robert Mincks, age 20, 34020 Coal Run Hill Road, Lowell, for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Mincks was arrested on Swift Road in Waterford by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Dec 11 at 3:07 am.

Michael John Luke, age 19, 301 Pennock Drive, Beverly, for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Luke was arrested on Swift Road in Waterford by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Dec 11 at 3:31 am.

Gary Lee Huck, age 55, 504 Bosner Ridge Road, Lowell, for OVI and for driving left of center, both misdemeanors. Huck was arrested on State Route 821 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Dec 11 at 3:55 am.

Anthony Roger Fulton, age 21, 523 Second Street Apt. 1, Marietta, for a traffic violation and for violating the terms of his probation, both misdemeanors. Fulton was arrested on State Route 550 by Lt. Rhodes of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Dec 11 at 4:05 am.

Gary Lee Losey II, age 29, 818 Lancaster Street, Marietta, for obstructing official business and for disorderly conduct by intoxication, both misdemeanors. Losey was arrested at Marietta Memorial Hospital by Patrolman Nohe of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Dec 11 at 7:08 pm.

Sheldon Dwight Hill, age 28, 11827 State Route 555, Cutler, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Hill was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Metts and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Dec 11 at 11:13 pm.
