On 3 Dec 11 Lt. Rhodes and Deputy Sheriffs Mankins and Metts investigated reports of a loud party involving alcohol and underage individuals at 571 Swift Road, Waterford. When the Deputies arrived they observed a group of individuals running back into the home and out a back door into a wooded area. The Deputies found one suspect, later identified as Ryan Mincks, age 20, 34020 Coal Run Road, Lowell, seated in the passenger side of a vehicle stuck in a nearby ditch. Mr. Mincks admitted consuming beer at the party and had an open can of beer between his feet. Thereafter, the Lt. Rhodes made contact with a female he noticed in the home, Ashley N. Mollohan, age 18, 3728 School House Road, Little Hocking. Though she denied consuming alcohol, Ms. Mollohan tested .021 BAC. Due to the fact that Lt. Rhodes was dispatched to another call, she was charged with underage consumption of alcohol and released to her father. Prior to the Deputies’ departure, they found Michael J. Luke, age 19, 301 Pennock Drive, Beverly, seated in a truck parked near the property. Mr. Luke also admitted consuming alcohol and tested .107 BAC.
