On 28 Nov 11 the owners of D&E Dairy Bar, 19705 State Route 821, Macksburg, reported they received a phone call from their alarm company that morning. At the restaurant the owners said the discovered two broken windows. This case remains under investigation (684).

On 28 Nov 11 residents at 130 and 202 Brandy Lane, Marietta, reported their unlocked vehicles were entered sometime overnight. From the vehicles the suspect(s) stole a long bow, arrow quiver, GPS unit and $18 in cash. Nearly two miles away, residents at 103 and 105 Randolph Road, reported their unlocked vehicles were entered as well. Those residents stated loose change, a GPS unit and a pair of sunglasses were stolen from their vehicles. These cases remain under investigation (790).

On 28 Nov 11 a sixty year old Belpre resident reported his sixteen year old grandson, of whom he has custody, departed their residence for the store on 26 Nov and he has not seen or heard from him since then. The teenager was later located at a friend’s residence and blamed the incident on miscommunication. The teenager’s grandfather said this was an isolated incident and that he did not wish to pursue any charges (592).

On 28 Nov 11 Crystal Lamp, age 34, 80 Charles Street, Newport, reported sometime between midnight and 5 am an unknown suspect(s) entered her unlocked vehicle and stole a GPS unit and a handful of change. This case remains under investigation (1007).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Tyler Anthony Rockhold, age 20, 1706 Lowell Hill Road, Lowell, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Rockhold was arrested in New Matamoras by Deputy Sheriff Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Nov 11 at 12:11 am.

Jeremy Warrior Coleman, age 26, 7188 Dale Road, Stockport, for felonious assault. Coleman was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Nov 11 at 9:40 am.

Thomas Jordan Fletcher, age 22, 3811 Sandhurst Avenue Apt. 210, Lansing, MI, for violating the terms of his probation, underage consumption of alcohol and failure to appear, all misdemeanors. Fletcher was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Patrolman Linscott of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Nov 11 at 9:40 am.

Gregory Allen Leasure Jr., age 24, 34037 Brownsville Road, New Matamoras, for domestic violence, criminal damaging and obstructing justice, all misdemeanors. Leasure turned himself in to Deputy Sheriff Caltrider and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Nov 11 at 11:20 am.

Matthew Scott Reynolds, age 20, 212 Wooster Street, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Reynolds was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Warden of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Nov 11 at 5:29 pm.

Chantel Lafawn Rake, age 20, 104 Doris Avenue, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Rake was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Nov 11 at 5:42 pm.

Julia Marie Wilhelm, age 40, 909 13th Street, Parkersburg, for theft, a misdemeanor. Wilhelm was arrested on Mitchell Avenue by Patrolman Oliver of the Beverly Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Nov 11 at 7:07 pm.
