On 14 Nov 11 Deputy Sheriff Schubert issued a minor misdemeanor citation to Heather Klintworth, age 26, 1757 Camp Hervida Road, Waterford, for failing to confine her dogs. A neighbor of Ms. Klintworth reported her dogs have been entering his property for the past two years and have shown signs of aggression toward him. The neighbor said Ms. Klintworth rebuffed his previous requests to keep her dogs off his property.

On 14 Nov 11 Deputy Sheriff Reeder requested a warrant for Lucas W. Wharton, age 32, 17820 State Route 821, Macksburg, for assault. Angela Fleeman, age 32, 711 Ninth Street, Marietta, was attending a party along with Mr. Wharton in Macksburg the day before when Mr. Wharton grabbed the neck of a wheelchair bound friend of Ms. Fleeman. Ms. Fleeman reprimanded Mr. Wharton for his action, at which point he grabbed her by the back of the head and slammed her face onto a table. Other partygoers physically threw Mr. Wharton out of the house but he later returned. Mr. Wharton returned to the home and assaulted Ms. Fleeman at least one additional time.

On 14 Nov 11 Zachary E. Hartline, age 23, 850 Prior Glass Road, New Matamoras, reported sometime over the weekend a CD player, two speakers, an amplifier and a radar detector were stolen from his vehicle while it was parked at the Pioneer Collision Center at 1310 Pike Street, Marietta. This case remains under investigation (790).

On 14 Nov 11 Jason P. Schmidt, age 30, 4450 State Route 530, Lowell, reported at some point during the night an unknown suspect(s) entered his unlocked vehicle and stole his wallet. In addition to credit and debit cards, Mr. Schmidt’s wallet contained $78. This case remains under investigation (790).

On 14 Nov 11 three residents on Beebe Road in Waterford reported their vehicles were entered overnight and items were stolen. The stolen items include a GPS unit, an iPod Nano, a wallet, a CD player. This case remains under investigation (592).

On 14 Nov 11 Celoria P. Huddleston, age 29, 502 County House Lane, Marietta, reported she was involved in a minor struggle with her husband. During an argument Mrs. Huddleston raised her fist, at which point her husband grabbed her arms and pushed her against a wall. The two then separated after Mrs. Huddleston spit in her husband’s face. Neither party reported being in fear for their safety during the incident. As a result, Deputy Sheriff Anderson closed this case as unfounded.

On 14 Nov 11 Deputy Sheriff Underwood arrested Daniel E. Hendrickson, age 57, Marietta, for violating the terms of a protection order. The protection order stated Mr. Hendrickson was to vacate a camper where he lived near the protected party on Gravel Bank Road and he failed to do so in the specified timeframe.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Ronald Dean Welch Jr., age 41, 122 Harmar Street, Marietta, for tampering with evidence, a felony. Welch was arrested on Harmar Street by Patrolman Linscott of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Nov 11 at 11:31 am.

Mary Esther Elbert, age 49, 101 Gilman Avenue Lot 1, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Elbert was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Probation Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Nov 11 at 12:18 pm.

Daniel Edward Hendrickson, age 57, Marietta, for violating the terms of a protection order, a misdemeanor. Hendrickson was arrested on Gravel Bank Road by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Nov 11 at 3:14 pm.

Logan David Dalrymple, age 23, 1308 Williamson Avenue Apt. 2D, New Matamoras, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Dalrymple was arrested in New Matamoras by Chief Brockmeier of the New Matamoras Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Nov 11 at 9:00 pm.
