On 9 Nov 11 an anonymous caller reported three
unknown individuals were inside a fenced area at Frito Lay at
150 Ayers Boulevard, Belpre, and removing items from a delivery
truck. The suspects fled prior to the arrival of Deputy Sheriff
McConnell but left an empty box and a dolly near the gate to
the company’s parking lot. Inspecting his delivery truck,
the driver said a small quantity of meat sticks and chips were
stolen. This case remains under investigation.
On 9 Nov 11 Steven E. Snyder, age 60, 52 Carson
Lane, Little Hocking, reported sometime between 7:30 am and
3:30 pm an unknown suspect(s) stole a double axle, white, utility
box trailer from his property. Mr. Snyder estimated the trailer’s
value at $1,000. This case remains under investigation (790).
On 9 Nov 11 Deputy Sheriff Anderson requested
summonses for Andrew C. Rowland, age 24, 450 Main Street, Waterford
and his live-in girlfriend, Rebecca L. Eyler, age 23, for disorderly
conduct. Arguing over disciplining one of their children, Mr.
Rowland grabbed his girlfriend by the shoulders and forced her
against a refrigerator. When he released her, Ms. Eyler punched
him in the face and walked to retrieve a phone in their living
room. At that point Mr. Rowland shoved his girlfriend onto a
couch. Neither party reported being in fear for their safety
nor did they state any threat was made.
On 9 Nov 11 a motorist reported finding a large
bag of trash on Bear Creek Road near the intersection of Little
Bear Creek Road. This case remains under investigation (1184).
The following individual
was processed into the Washington County Jail:
Herbert Leroy Nunn II, age 36, 234 Pam Road,
New Matamoras, for theft, telephone harassment and two counts
of violating the terms of his probation, all misdemeanors. Nunn
was arrested at the Edgewater Café by Deputy Sheriff
McConnell and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9
Nov 11 at 10:25 pm.
