On 9 Oct 11 Andrew Mahoney, age 43, 508 Bear Creek Road, Lowell, reported after exchanging custody of his children with his ex-wife he believes his ex-wife drove off recklessly and endangered his children. Investigating the claim, Deputy Sheriff Anderson concluded no criminal act occurred and referred the case to Children’s Services.

On 9 Oct 11 Tunisha N. Powell, age 30, 305 Third Street, Beverly, reported she was involved in a minor altercation with her boyfriend after they returned to her residence from a bar in the early morning hours. Ms. Powell said her boyfriend grabbed her hair and threw her to the ground but she was not injured during the incident. Ms. Powell declined to pursue charges in the matter (610).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Jason Matthew Taylor, age 24, 1850 Deer Field Road, Marshallville, OH, for violating the terms of a protection order, a misdemeanor. Taylor was arrested at the Super 8 Motel by Patrolman Wright of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Oct 11 at 12:32 am.

Polly Elizabeth Oblisk, age 57, 920 Quarry Street, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Oblisk was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Warden of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Oct 11 at 7:39 pm.
