On 27 Sep 11 Ashana D. Long, age 19, 200 Pennock Drive Lot 49, Beverly, reported she was involved in several arguments with her mother that evening. Following a confrontation at a bar in Beverly, Ms. Long walked to the residence she shares with her mother Janetta Long, age 42. Another dispute occurred at the home, with both parties exchanging verbal barbs before Ashana left the home and found refuge at a friend’s home on Park Street in Beverly. Janetta appeared at the residence shortly thereafter and instigated a physical altercation with her daughter. Ashana’s friend stepped between the two, at which point Janetta kicked her pregnant daughter in the stomach. Based on information obtained from Ashana and her friend, Deputy Sheriff Holbert arrested Janetta Long for a felony charge of domestic violence and transported her to the Washington County Jail. At the jail she tested .114 BAC. Ashana was the designated driver for her mother and her friends and was not drinking alcohol.

Mr. Mollohan declined to pursue charges in the matter (1293).

Ms. Fulford stated she suffered her injuries when her boyfriend shoved her onto a bed and jumped on top of her. This case remains under investigation (208).

On 27 Sep 11 the owner of LWR Enterprises, 4310 Sparling Road, Waterford, reported he observed an unknown male drive a truck onto his business’ property around midnight. The owner said the suspect, later identified as Joshua A. Campbell, age 28, Marietta, approached an entry door of a building, at which point he confronted him with a shotgun and detained him until law enforcement arrived. Though Mr. Campbell denied being in any of the company’s buildings, Deputy Sheriff Holbert discovered boot prints matching those that Mr. Campbell was wearing. As a result, Deputy Holbert arrested Mr. Campbell for breaking and entering and transported him to the Washington County Jail.
