On 11 Sep 11 Carol L. Holland, age 69, 575 Radabaugh Road, Marietta, reported at some point during the past three or four weeks a total of more than 150 of her Percocet pills and Vicodin pills from a spare bedroom in her home. This case remains under investigation (610).

On 11 Sep 11 John C. Holland Jr., age 49, 80 Little Eight Mile Road, Marietta, reported his family was away from home from the previous afternoon to late last evening and during that period a generator was stolen from his porch and a propane heater and wood stove were stolen from a storage building. This case remains under investigation (594).

On 11 Sep 11 Jessica Dunn, age 37, 534 Cemetery Drive, New Matamoras, reported she left town on 9 Sep and when she returned she discovered an Xbox 360 and a recently purchased flat screen television/DVD player were missing from her living room. Ms. Dunn estimates the stolen items are valued at a total of $800. This case remains under investigation (594).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Stephanie Patricia Maggi, age 25, 6856 Pike Street Apt. 10, Mineral Wells, WV, for a felony charge of assault and for misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and being an intoxicated pedestrian along a roadway. Maggi was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Sep 11 at 1:53 am.

Richard Glenn Newman II, age 45, 200 Pennock Drive Lot 21, Beverly, for criminal trespassing, a misdemeanor. Newman was arrested on Front Street in Marietta by Patrolman Thomas of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Sep 11 at 5:46 am.

Craig Amady Parsons, age 52, 253 Orchard Drive, Little Hocking, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Parsons was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Anderson and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Sep 11 at 9:48 am.

Sarah Dawn McElfresh, age 24, 508 Front Street Apt. 2, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. McElfresh was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Heddleston of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Sep 11 at 7:05 pm.

Jennifer Lynn Lawson, age 37, 108 Hidden Cove, Scott Depot, WV, for driving under a suspended license, a misdemeanor. Lawson was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Sep 11 at 7:39 pm.

Rodney Heath Quimby, age 40, 25 Franklin Street, Watertown, for .17 breath OVI, a misdemeanor. Quimby was arrested on Gilman Street in Marietta by Patrolman Thomas of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Sep 11 at 7:50 pm.

Thomas Ira Valentine, age 29, 305 Harmar Street, Marietta, for criminal trespassing, a misdemeanor. Valentine was arrested on Grandview Avenue in Marietta by Patrolman Thomas of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Sep 11 at 9:46 pm.

Josey Cheyenne Barton, age 20, 817 Masonic Park Road Lot 10, Marietta, for permitting drug abuse, a felony. Barton was arrested at her residence by Detective Staats of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Sep 11 at 11:43 pm.
