On 2 Sep 11 Andrew Tucker, age 28, 26935 State Route 7 Apt. 2A, Marietta, reported his live-in girlfriend Christina Jones, age 26, was intoxicated and being disruptive. To avoid further problems Mr. Tucker stayed with his mother at a nearby apartment and Ms. Jones was ordered by Deputy Sheriff Carr not to bother her boyfriend and to speak with him when she was sober. Mr. Tucker phoned the Sheriff’s Office a short while later and said Ms. Jones was outside his mother’s apartment shouting at him. When Deputy Carr arrived he observed Ms. Jones yelling and pounding on the sliding glass door on the apartment in which Mr. Tucker was sleeping. Consequently, Deputy Carr arrested Ms. Jones for disorderly conduct by intoxication and transported her to the Washington County Jail. At the jail Ms. Jones tested .154 BAC.

Ms. Harriman left but returned to the driveway shortly thereafter. Questioned at the location by Deputy Sheriff Caltrider, Ms. Harriman commented that she was too intoxicated to drive and she pulled into the driveway because she believed it was a scenic overlook area. Noticing the vehicle’s keys were in the ignition, Deputy Caltrider arrested Ms. Harriman for being in physical control of a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and transported her to the Washington County Jail.
