On 20 Jul 11 Frances Anderson, age 76, 14401 State Route 550, Fleming, reported sometime overnight an unknown suspect(s) ransacked her home and stole a television, a pair of boots, a jar of coins and a box of old coins. Ms. Anderson has been living with a relative lately but she said she stops by her home daily to feed her cats. The estimated value of the stolen items is $1,420. This case remains under investigation (610).

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Jason R. Thomas, age 34, 2740 Neff Ridge Road, Marietta, for breach of recognizance for failing to appear for pretrial on 8 Jul 11.

Leslie S. Klein, age 20, 908 Storys Run Road, Cheshire, OH, for failing to appear to serve thirty days in jail on 13 Jul 11.

Damien Shuler, age 21, 10409 Twin Oak Drive, Cambridge, for driving under a suspended license and speeding on 5 Jul 11.

Jerry D. Coleman, age 50, 7188 S. Dale Road, Stockport, for failing to appear to serve ten days in jail on 15 Jul 11.

Brian L. Stephens, age 29, 603 Main Street Apt. A, Belpre, for driving under a suspended license and for failing to use a turn signal on 10 Jun 11.

Mark J. Vanderhoof, 2330 Stumpville Road, Jefferson, OH, for failing to file a Marietta city tax return for 2009.

Eric C. Edgar, age 26, 417 Goss Fork Road, Whipple, for failing to appear to serve twenty-five days in jail on 13 Jul 11.

The following individual was processed into the Washington County Jail:

Steven C. Satterfield, age 38, 5200 Orchard Avenue, Parkersburg, for failure to comply with the order/signal of an officer and for complicity in committing theft, both misdemeanors. Satterfield was arrested on Gross Street by Patrolman McCracken of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Jul 11 at 9:15 pm.
