On 19 Jul 11 the Reno Fire Department transported Robert Schoolcraft, age 47, 2301 Rockland Avenue, Belpre, to Marietta Memorial Hospital after he was found unresponsive at an acquaintance’s home at 470 Cornerville Road, Marietta. Mr. Schoolcraft is in critical condition in the hospital’s intensive care unit.

On 19 Jul 11 Tony A. Hart, age 50, 326 Turkeyhen Road, Fleming, reported when he arrived at his sawmill in the 800 block of Turkeyhen Road that morning he noticed four batteries and approximately 200 saw spacers and cutters were missing from the property. The estimated loss due to the theft of the items is $1,550. This case remains under investigation (684).

On 19 Jul 11 the Devola Fire Department transported Jeffrey Johnson, age 36, 502 1/2 Ferguson Street, Marietta, to Marietta Memorial Hospital for treatment following an ATV accident at 380 Masonic Park Lane, Marietta. As he attempted to climb an embankment, Mr. Johnson’s foot slipped off a foot peg and caused him to lose control of the ATV. The ATV rolled backwards, knocking Mr. Johnson to the ground and then rolled over his lower left leg. Mr. Johnson received treatment for a fracture to his lower leg and released (208).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Wendy Rosalia Sudnik, age 34, 1001 Greene Street Apt. B, Marietta, for endangering children and for resisting arrest, both misdemeanors. Sudnik was arrested at her residence by Patrolman Newell of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Jul 11 at 1:00 am.

Thomas William Dearth, age 19, 785 Bender Road, Marietta, for aggravated burglary, inciting violence and aggravated riot, all felonies. Dearth was arrested at the Courthouse by Deputy Sheriff Tornes and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Jul 11 at 8:06 am.

Pamela Ruth Fellure, age 31, 803 Virginia Avenue, Parkersburg, for driving under an FRA suspended license, a misdemeanor. Fellure was arrested in Belpre by Patrolman Heddleston of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Jul 11 at 11:46 am.

Justin Michael Grahame, age 18, 1024 Hadley Lane, Marietta, for two misdemeanor counts of failure to appear. Grahame was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Ferrell and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Jul 11 at 12:20 pm.

Joshua Richard Knopp, age 20, 121 Fifth Street, Williamstown, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Knopp was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Jul 11 at 3:32 pm.

Aaron Edwin Abbott, age 25, 60 Delta Road, Sandyville, WV, for theft and for failure to appear, both misdemeanors. Abbott was picked up at the Huttonsville Correctional Center in West Virginia by Deputy Sheriff Malone and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Jul 11 at 5:00 pm.

Donald James Covey, age 37, 838 Front Street, Marietta, for theft and for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, both misdemeanors. Covey was arrested at Weber’s Market by Patrolman Hively of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Jul 11 at 7:40 pm.

Lee Roy Walker, age 31, 126 Spring Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of a protection order, a felony. Walker was picked up at the North Central Regional Jail by Patrolman Nedeff of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Jul 11 at 9:30 pm.
