On 17 Jul 11 Howard L. Rhodes, age 32, 4853
Rainbow Road, Lowell, reported at some point during the past
four days an unknown suspect(s) stole a grease gun, various
screwdrivers and pairs of pliers. This case remains under investigation
On 17 Jul 11 Fred D. Nichols, age 59, 10174
Veto Road, Belpre, reported sometime between 5 Jul and 17 Jul
an unknown suspect(s) entered a building on property he owns
at 638 Briggs Hill Road, Belpre, and stole sockets, a wrench,
a ratchet, hex wrenches, three extension cords and a .22 rifle.
This case remains under investigation (610).
On 17 Jul 11 Johanna S. Flieman, age 41, 704
Mitchell Avenue, Beverly, reported she was inside her residence
when her ex-husband Larry M. Bradford II, age 40, 65 Hull Road,
Whipple, appeared outside her home. Ms. Flieman attempted to
usher her daughter inside and to lock the door but before she
could do so Mr. Bradford forced the door open. Proceeding to
scream at his ex-wife, Mr. Bradford exclaimed that if he caught
her out with a date he would kill them both. Ms. Flieman said
Mr. Bradford assaulted her in the past and commented that when
he flies into a rage he believes he is capable of causing her
great bodily harm. Mr. Bradford admitted he was upset with his
ex-wife because he believed she had someone’s name tattooed
on her back but he denied making any type of threat. Based on
Ms. Flieman’s statement, Deputy Sheriff Simmons arrested
Mr. Bradford for domestic violence and transported him to the
Washington County Jail.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Larry Michael Bradford, age 40, 65 Hull Road,
Whipple, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Bradford was
arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 17 Jul 11 at 2:50 pm.
Joshua Allen Martin, age 34, 1220 McGrath Road,
Macksburg, for failure to appear and for failure to appear at
a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, both misdemeanors.
Martin was arrested near the intersection of State Route 60
and State Route 821 by Deputy Sheriff Brockmeier and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 17 Jul 11 at 10:27 pm.
