On 27 Jun 11 Jason Vannoy, age 36, 130 Killwell Run Road, Marietta, reported around midnight after he heard a vehicle turning around in his gravel driveway he observed an unknown male subject walking near his vehicle. When he exited his home to question the suspect Mr. Vannoy said the suspect fled in a vehicle. Mr. Vannoy stated he then noticed the front passenger side tire of his Chevy pickup truck was punctured. This incident remains under investigation (208).

On 27 Jun 11 Carl J. Hart, age 48, 442 Washington Street, Macksburg, reported at some point during the past eight days an unknown suspect(s) cut the catalytic converter off a Dodge van he parked in his back yard. This incident remains under investigation (1184).

On 27 Jun 11 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued a citation to Jaide E. Lydick, age 19, 10080 State Route 550, Vincent, for traveling 71 mph in a 55 mph zone. Deputy Mankins stopped Ms. Lydick on State Route 7 near Blue Knob Road in Warren Township.

On 27 Jun 11 Sandra S. Ruble, age 57, 4000 State Route 530, Lowell, reported her son’s girlfriend lived with her for a short period earlier in the month and she believes during that time that she obtained her credit card information. The suspect then allegedly used the information to accrue a number of charges. This case remains under investigation (1184).

On 27 Jun 11 Deputy Sheriff Anderson issued a minor misdemeanor citation to Craig Parsons, age 51, 253 Orchard Drive, Little Hocking, for disorderly conduct. Mr. Parsons’ father reported his son was a severe diabetic and had been acting erratically late the previous night and into the early morning hours. During the incident Mr. Parsons reportedly fired a shotgun inside his garage/apartment and suffered lacerations as a result of falling onto broken glass. Mr. Parsons was subsequently transported to Marietta Memorial Hospital for treatment and evaluation.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Scott Michael Greathouse, age 41, 125 Francis Road, Lowell, for OVI and for failure to comply with the order/signal of an officer, both felonies. Greathouse was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Jun 11 at 10:23 am.

Brent Durand Wright, age 27, 846 Peerless Avenue, Akron, for driving under a suspended license and speeding, both misdemeanors. Wright was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Jun 11 at 11:05 am.

Fred Elvis Stalder, age 48, 5 Plains Road, The Plains, for OVI, breach of recognizance, driving under a suspended license and operating a vehicle with an expired registration, all misdemeanors. Stalder was picked up at the Noble Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff Malone and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Jun 11 at 4:04 pm.

Christopher Todd Trudo, age 32, 703 Elm Street, Belpre, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Trudo turned himself in to Corrections Officer Huffer and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Jun 11 at 5:09 pm.
