On 26 Jun 11 Sara Harris, age 18, 1175 Michaelis Road, Marietta, reported she was assaulted by an acquaintance on 20 Jun. Ms. Harris was involved in a dispute with the suspect over property that morning and she stated the suspect shoved her to the ground and punched her three times in the face. Initially declining to pursue charges, Ms. Harris changed her mind after she sought treatment at the hospital for symptoms related to her head injury. This incident remains under investigation (208).

On 26 Jun 11 the owners of Shriver Farms, 12301 Walholding Road, Pleasant City, OH, reported a neighbor of their property at 1000 Buell Road, Macksburg, informed them that an unknown male subject used a cutting torch to remove sections of a livestock corral on the property. This case remains under investigation (597).

On 26 Jun 11 Lt. Stackpole arrested Sean C. Schwendeman, age 41, 4725 Zion Ridge Road, Marietta, for disorderly conduct. At 4680 Zion Ridge Road that evening Mr. Schwendeman was involved in a disagreement with two individuals over the sale of property and allegations involving Mr. Schwendeman. While Lt. Stackpole attempted to question Mr. Schwendeman and the other parties involved, Mr. Schwendeman became loud and argumentative and ignored Lt. Stackpole’s requests to cease and desist. At the jail Mr. Schwendeman tested .097 BAC.

On 26 Jun 11 Jacob Hall, age 34, 1111 County House Lane, Marietta, reported sometime that afternoon an unknown suspect drove through his hay field located near milepost seven on State Route 26. This case remains under investigation (805).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Leslie Scot Klein, age 20, 908 Storys Run Road, Cheshire, OH, for violating the terms of his probation a misdemeanor. Klein was picked up at the Athens County line by Lt. Stackpole of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Jun 11 at 12:39 am.

Kristy Gayle Cline, age 33, 1308 Williamson Avenue Apt. 6E, New Matamoras, for theft and burglary, both felonies. Cline was arrested at B&J in Newport by Deputy Sheriff Schubert and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Jun 11 at 8:47 am.

Sean Clay Schwendeman, age 41, 4725 Zion Ridge Road, Marietta, for disorderly conduct and for violating the terms of his probation, both misdemeanors. Schwendeman was arrested at his residence by Lt. Stackpole of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Jun 11 at 8:31 pm.
