On 4 Jun 11 an employee of Fort Frye High School, 420 Fifth Street, Beverly, reported sometime between 2 Jun and 4 Jun an unknown suspect(s) forcibly entered the press box at the football field and damaged the sound equipment. This case remains under investigation (594).

On 4 Jun 11 Steven B. Johnson, age 55, 1003 Gantsville Road, Little Hocking, reported he wired $3,200 to an individual in Connecticut for the purchase of a 1999 Lincoln he first noticed on eBay. Mr. Johnson completed the transaction outside of eBay’s channels and never received the vehicle. This case remains under investigation (200).

On 4 Jun 11 Peggy Thomas, age 56, 101 Evans Street Apt. A5, New Matamoras, reported she has home health nurse filled her daily medication containers and that morning she noticed her hydrocodone pills for the next three days were missing. Ms. Thomas said she believes her ex-husband Roger, age 54, who resides with her and acts as a part time caregiver, stole the medication. Questioned about the missing pills by Deputy Sheriff Reeder, Mr. Thomas admitted taking the medication. Mr. Thomas stated he consumed the eleven pills over the course of the past several days. Consequently, Deputy Reeder arrested Mr. Thomas for theft of drugs and transported him to the Washington County Jail.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Aaron Matthew Brown, age 30, 139 Frederick Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation and for two counts of obstructing official business, all misdemeanors. Brown was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Thomas of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Jun 11 at 12:24 am.

Edna Lynn Phillips, age 56, 1530 School House Road, Little Hocking, for domestic violence, a felony. Phillips was arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Simmons and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Jun 11 at 2:26 am.

Anthony Roger Fulton, age 20, 523 Second Street Apt. 1, Marietta, for hit-skip, following another vehicle too closely and for unauthorized use of a vehicle, all misdemeanors. Fulton was arrested on Pike Street by Patrolman Wenzel of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Jun 11 at 12:35 pm.

Roger Lee Thomas, age 54, 101 Evans Street Apt. A5, New Matamoras, for possession of drugs, a felony. Thomas was arrested on Evans Street by Deputy Sheriff Reeder and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Jun 11 at 3:35 pm.

Edwin Carey Kimbrough Jr., age 45, 633 Seventh Street, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Kimbrough was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Linscott of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Jun 11 at 5:54 pm.

Scott Lee Carpenter, age 49, 413 Third Street, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Carpenter was arrested on Second Street by Patrolman Thomas of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Jun 11 at 9:20 pm.
