Archive of 05-30-11

On 30 May 11 Deputy Sheriff Schubert issued a citation to Martin P. Bradley, age 21, 1091 Brandywine Drive, Medina, OH, for traveling 70 mph in a 55 mph zone. Deputy Schubert stopped Mr. Bradley on State Route 7 near Joe Skinner Road in Dunham Township.

On 30 May 11 Gary G. Johnson, age 56, 201 Creel Street, Saint Marys, reported the driver of a grey Dodge Dakota backed into the side of his Kawasaki motorcycle in the parking lot of Miller’s AM/PM. The collision knocked the motorcycle onto its side and caused damage to a foot peg and saddlebags on both sides. The truck’s driver did not stop and departed the scene without exchanging insurance information (610).

On 30 May 11 Robin Cook, age 27, 1265 Leith Run Road, New Matamoras, reported she was involved in an argument with her live-in boyfriend Steven Wheeler, age 26, that evolved into a physical altercation. Arguing over beer and money, Ms. Cook said Mr. Wheeler threw items of their living room mantle, ripped the phone out of the wall and choked her. When she fled outside, Ms. Cook said Mr. Wheeler tackled her to the ground and bit her on the left forearm. Questioned about Ms. Cook’s allegations, Mr. Wheeler blamed his girlfriend’s bite mark on their three year old daughter. Based on his investigation, Deputy Sheriff Brockmeier arrested Mr. Wheeler for domestic violence and transported him to the Washington County Jail.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Amy Elizabeth Willis, age 42, 704 Depot Street, Belpre, for OVI and for driving outside the marked lanes of travel, both misdemeanors. Willis was arrested near milepost one on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 May 11 at 1:32 am.

Jason Bradley Walker, age 33, 2124 ½ Murray Street, Belpre, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Walker was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 May 11 at 10:25 am.

Camille Lynn Gazzale, age 32, 4135 Highland Ridge Road, Lowell, for contempt of a court order, a misdemeanor. Gazzale was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Reeder and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 May 11 at 12:20 pm.

William Thomas Klintworth, age 47, Lowell Hill Road, Lowell, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Klintworth was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 May 11 at 12:45 pm.
