On 29 Apr 11 John Wells, age 68, 305 Lauer
Road, Whipple, reported due to prior incidents he previously
forbade his son and his son’s girlfriend from entering
his property. However, on 22 Apr Mr. Wells said his son Victor,
age 26, 118 Second Street, Vincent, and Jean Kincaid, age 34,
same address, arrived at his home in search of a tool. The junior
Wells and Ms. Kincaid instigated a brief argument and departed
after quickly searching for the tool. As a result of the incident,
Deputy Schubert requested summonses for Victor Wells and Ms.
Kincaid for criminal trespassing.
On 29 Apr 11 Michelle Ellinger, age 32, 1620
Glendale Road, Marietta, reported at some point during the past
two weeks she believes two suspects she hired to clean horse
stalls stole a cordless drill, a saw, a tool bag and a screwdriver
set. This case remains under investigation (805).
On 29 Apr 11 Deputy Sheriff Lockhart requested
a summons for Wendy Parsons, age 36, 1107 Blennerhassett Heights
Road, Parkersburg, for criminal damaging. While picking up her
son at a residence on Farson Street in Belpre on 20 Apr, Ms.
Parsons drove her vehicle through the yard to reach the home
despite being asked to pick up her son at the end of the driveway.
Ms. Parsons drove through the yard after the homeowner previously
parked her vehicle to block the entrance of the driveway.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Justin Ray Anderson, age 22, 378 Anderson Road,
Fleming, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Anderson was
arrested in Fleming by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 29 Apr 11 at 12:42 am.
Bridgett Renee Bishop, age 31, 125 Dean Street,
Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor.
Bishop was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Probation
Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 29 Apr 11 at 11:21 am.
Elizabeth Marie Westgate, age 50, 13 Wells
Circle, Parkersburg, for two misdemeanor counts of failure to
appear. Westgate turned herself in to Corrections Officers and
was processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Apr 11 at
