On 26 Apr 11 Ashley McKnight, age 22, 3605 State Route 503, Lowell, reported she and her husband were inside the Lowell Duke for a short time around 1 am and at some point during that period an unknown suspect(s) slashed the rear passenger side tire of their vehicle. This case remains under investigation (1104).

On 26 Apr 11 Lillie B. Singer, age 51, 11827 State Route 555, Cutler, reported she was involved in an argument with her ex-husband that afternoon. Arguing over a relative occupying a trailer her ex-husband owns that is on her property, Ms. Singer stated her ex-husband yelled at her and momentarily refused to leave the property. This case remains under investigation (500).

On 26 Apr 11 Deputy Sheriff Holbert requested a summons for a fifteen year old Whipple resident to appear in Juvenile Court for being unruly. The juvenile’s parents reported the teenager left the home before noon and had not been seen as of 7 pm on 26 Apr. The juvenile was later located and returned to his residence.

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Jason I. Dunn, age 26, 103 Scammel Street, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $1,203.80.

Dallas W. Farnsworth, age 37, 122 Harmar Street, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $380.90.

Lakeisha M. Hackney, age 28, 269 Second Street NE, Barberton, OH, for speeding, driving under a suspended license and OVI on 8 Apr 11.

William H. McBrayer, age 25, Belmont, WV, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $726.70.

Noel N. Metz, age 20, 1110 Moody Ridge Road, Vincent, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $533.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Christopher Corey Griffin, age 27, 52031 Rye Road, Reedsville, for robbery, a felony. Griffin was picked up at SEPTA by Deputy Sheriff Tornes and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Apr 11 at 11:45 am.

Alison Blake Seevers, age 23, 632 Lovers Lane, Beverly, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Seevers was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Ferrell and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Apr 11 at 12:10 pm.

Jerry Wayne Murphy Sr., age 59, 662 Reinhard Avenue, Columbus, for obstructing official business, a misdemeanor. Murphy was arrested at 448 Pike Street by Patrolman Blasko of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Apr 11 at 9:00 pm.

Christy Lee Parsley, age 37, 730 Williams Road, Columbus, for theft and for obstructing official business, both misdemeanors. Parsley was arrested at 448 Pike Street by Patrolman Hively of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Apr 11 at 9:00 pm.
