Archive of 03-24-11

On 24 Mar 11 a resident on Third Street in Lowell reported finding two boxes of food from Taco Bell near her vehicle. The boxes contained bulk quantities of tortilla shells, sour cream lettuce, meat, cheese and paper cups. Deputy Sheriff Mankins forwarded the items to the Marietta City Police Department to determine if the items were stolen.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Elizabeth Dawn Thompson, age 25, 734 Lancaster Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Thompson was arrested at her residence by Patrolman Hively of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Mar 11 at 11:31 am.

Deane Allen Beck, age 31, 734 Lancaster Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Beck was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Hively of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Mar 11 at 12:00 pm.

Richard Allen Willey, age 26, 922 Mitchell Avenue, Beverly, for theft, a felony. Willey was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Sams of the Beverly Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Mar 11 at 4:02 pm.

Brett Eric Shank, age 42, 312 Third Street Apt. 1, Lowell, for theft, a misdemeanor. Shank was arrested at Speedway on Second Street by Patrolman Nedeff of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Mar 11 at 9:35 pm.
