On 20 Mar 11 Deputy Sheriff Lockhart arrested Sharon R. Alleman, age 52, 1211 Burnett Road, Cutler, for disorderly conduct by intoxication. A family member reported Ms. Alleman was extremely intoxicated, screaming about her cat and barely able to stand. On 20 Mar 11 Andrew Allen, age 30, 27400 State Route 7 Lot 45, Marietta, reported when he awoke that morning he discovered his flat panel television, an Xbox and between thirty and forty Playstation and Xbox games were missing from his living room. Mr. Allen said two acquaintances returned to his residence with he and his wife after visiting a local bar and the group continued to drink for several hours. Awakened by one of the acquaintances, Mr. Allen said the other individual was gone and had left with his acquaintance’s purse in his vehicle. Deputy Sheriff Schubert located the suspect at his residence in Beverly and noticed a television similar to the one Mr. Allen reported stolen. Visibly nervous and stuttering, the suspect later admitted stealing the items from Mr. Allen’s residence. Deputy Schubert subsequently took possession of the stolen items and arranged for them to be returned to Mr. Allen. The acquaintance’s purse was recovered on Third Street in Marietta but was missing cash and credit cards. Charges in this case will be filed at a later date.

The teenager, who suffered minor injury when she fell over her handlebars, said she was turning to travel down the alley and that the brakes on her bike do not work very well. Neither the bicycle nor the minivan was damaged (1184).
