On 13 Feb 11 Deputy Sheriff Anderson requested a summons for a fourteen year old Cutler resident to appear in Juvenile Court for being unruly. The teenager sneaked out of her home the previous evening and could not be located for several hours. The juvenile was found at her grandmother’s home, where her parents allowed her to stay for the remainder of the morning. When the teenager’s parents arrived to take the juvenile home she became combative and refused to leave with her parents. The juvenile repeatedly kicked and hit her parents, eventually ending her attack when her parents phoned law enforcement. As a result of the incident, Deputy Sheriff Simmons arrested the teenager for delinquency by domestic violence and transported her to the Washington County Juvenile Center.
