On 12 Feb 11 Alisha A. Baxter, age 23, 315 Red Peak Circle, Parkersburg, reported she parked her vehicle in the dirt parking lot next to the Pit Stop the previous evening and when she returned the next morning she discovered the catalytic converter was cut from her vehicle. Further inspection revealed the catalytic converters were cut from two other vehicles parked at the same location. This case remains under investigation (790).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Harold Bernard Daugherty, age 47, 815 Warren Avenue, Belpre, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Daugherty was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Heddleston of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Feb 11 at 3:17 am.

Karen Leigh Byers, age 41, 815 Warren Avenue, Belpre, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Byers was arrested at her residence by Patrolman Heddleston of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Feb 11 at 4:12 am.

Tejai Edvin Conner, age 19, 1175 Michaelis Road, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Conner was arrested on Front Street by Patrolman Warden of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Feb 11 at 1:17 pm.

John Jerome Hogan, age 68, 121 Euclid Place, Marietta, for operating a vehicle with an expired license and for disorderly conduct by intoxication, both misdemeanors. Hogan was arrested on Second Street by Patrolman McCracken of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Feb 11 at 10:27 pm.
