On 26 Jan 11 Keneta J. Waters, age 45, 3880
Laurel Ridge Road, Lowell, reported she recently noticed a diamond
a topaz necklace was missing from her bedroom. Mrs. Waters stated
she last remembers seeing the necklace on 6 Jan and estimated
it was worth $2,000. This case remains under investigation (1104).
On 26 Jan 11 Sgt. Thorpe responded to a vehicle
fire in the vicinity of milepost nineteen on State Route 550
in Warren Township. The driver of the Ford F-150, Timothy D.
Anderson, age 52, 426 Sweet Apple Road, Vincent, stated he was
traveling eastbound when his vehicle stalled momentarily and
restarted. Mr. Anderson said he was walking away from the truck
after pulling to the side of the road when the airbag deployed.
A small fire erupted and was extinguished thereafter by Warren
Fire Department. The cause of the fire appears to be electrical

State Route 60, Lowell, reported sometime between noon and 10
pm an unknown suspect(s) entered his home and stole his son’s
PSP and several games from a duffle bag in his living room.
This case remains under investigation (208).

Luka Bebop Yakim, age 20, 1161 Oak Grove Road,
Williamstown, for a felony charge of escape and for a misdemeanor
charge of violating the terms of his probation. Yakim was arrested
at the office of Probation Officer Brockmeier and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 26 Jan 11 at 4:29 pm.
Devan Wade Anderson, age 20, 900 Tresch Road,
Fleming, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor.
