On 25 Jan 11 Travis Lang, age 30, 3701 Plum Run Road, Waterford, reported when he arrived home from work on 20 Jan he noticed three guns were missing from his residence. Mr. Lang stated is remodeling his residence and has been staying elsewhere and the last time he remembers seeing the weapons was 14 Jan. The guns stolen are a twenty gauge shotgun, a .308 rifle and a 30-06 rifle. This case remains under investigation (1209).

On 25 Jan 11 Deputy Sheriff Carr arrested Eric B. Siders, age 22, 6070 Sandhill Road, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication. Residents at Mr. Siders’ home reported Mr. Siders refused to leave his sister’s room and when he did he bumped his sister with his shoulder and shoved her. Another resident attempted to calm Mr. Siders, at which point Mr. Siders attempted to instigate a confrontation by taunting him. Deputy Sheriffs Carr and Rhodes noticed Mr. Siders had an odor of alcohol and that he was unsteady on his feet. When transported to the Washington County Jail, Mr. Siders tested .021 BAC.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Ricky Dee Hines, age 49, 271 Muskingum Drive, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Hines was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Jan 11 at 3:14 pm.

Eric Brandon Siders, age 22, 6070 Sandhill Road, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Siders was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Carr and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Jan 11 at 9:13 pm.

Richard Glenn Newman II, age 44, 200 Pennock Drive Lot 21, Beverly, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Newman was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Freed of the Beverly Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Jan 11 at 10:45 pm.
