On 11 Jan 11 Deputy Sheriff Carr arrested Regina L. Hoover, age 46, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication. Ms. Hoover appeared at the home of her estranged husband Kelly G. Hoover, age 47, at 337 Wells Road, Waterford, began yelling and would not calm down. Mr. Hoover stated he could not deal with his estranged wife and phoned for help. When Sgt. Underwood and Deputy Carr arrived, Ms. Hoover appeared unsteady on her feet and continued her belligerent behavior. At the jail Ms. Hoover tested .227 BAC.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Salvator Richard Decaria, age 32, 403 Suite View Drive, Ripley, WV, for a felony charge of possession of drugs and for misdemeanor charges of possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding. Decaria was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Jan 11 at 1:37 am.

John Charles Detlor, age 56, 2485 Waterford Road, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Detlor was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Jan 11 at 12:16 pm.

Daniel Wayne Camp, age 40,1080 Paw Paw Creek Road, Lower Salem, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Camp was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Jan 11 at 12:48 pm.

Blake Mackenzie Keel, age 18, 1666 School House Road, Little Hocking, for a felony charge of being in possession of a weapon while under disability and for misdemeanor charges of violating the terms of his probation, complicity in criminal damaging and using a weapon while intoxicated. Keel was arrested in Juvenile Court by Probation Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Jan 11 at 4:35 pm.

Regina Lynn Hoover, age 46, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Hoover was arrested on Wells Road in Waterford by Deputy Sheriff Carr and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Jan 11 at 7:20 pm.
