On 8 Jan 11 Deputy Sheriff Reeder responded to reports of a loud party at 6350 State Route 821 Apt. A, Whipple. At the scene, Deputy Reeder observed an open case of beer outside the front door and heard whispering inside the apartment. Moments later Deputy Reeder noticed a female running from behind a garage. The nineteen year old female returned at the request of Deputy Reeder and opened the garage door. Inside, the apartment’s tenant, Devon Polk, age 19, commented to Deputy Reeder that he was having a party and allowed him inside the residence. The three partygoers who were intoxicated that are juveniles were released to their parents and will be summonsed to Juvenile Court on charges of delinquency by underage consumption of alcohol. The remaining individuals, all of which were determined to have consumed alcohol, were arrested for underage consumption of alcohol and transported to the Washington County Jail. The arrested subjects were Mr. Polk, Carly E. Nolan, age 18, 58 Ballard Drive, Beverly; Jenna N. Eddleblute, age 18, 150d86 State Route 60, Lowell; Chelsea A. Warren, age 18, 7585 State Route 821, Whipple; David R. Lauer, age 20, 70 Railroad Street, Whipple; Coty M. Adams, age 19, 371 Walnut Drive, Whipple.

On 8 Jan 11 an employee of Waterford Tank and Fabrication, 203 State Route 83, Beverly, reported sometime overnight an unknown suspect(s) entered the facility and cut approximately eighty feet of copper grounding wire from five machines. The employee stated the suspect(s) also stole five copper wire clamps. This case remains under investigation (1104).

On 8 Jan 11 an employee of Pioneer Auto Mall, 1315 Pike Street, Marietta, reported at some point between 5 pm and 7 pm the previous afternoon a thirty-two inch flat screen television was stolen from the business’ customer lounge. This case remains under investigation (805).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Carly Elizabeth Nolan, age 18, 58 Ballard Drive, Beverly, for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Nolan was arrested in Whipple by Deputy Sheriff Reeder and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Jan 11 at 1:30 am.

Jenna Nicole Eddleblute, age 18, 15086 State Route 60, Lowell, for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Eddleblute was arrested in Whipple by Deputy Sheriff Reeder and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Jan 11 at 1:55 am.

Chelsea Ann Warren, age 18, 7585 State Route 821, Whipple, for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Warren was arrested in Whipple by Deputy Sheriff Reeder and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Jan 11 at 2:24 am.

David Ray Lauer, age 20, 70 Railroad Street, Whipple, for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Lauer was arrested in Whipple by Deputy Sheriff Reeder and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Jan 11 at 2:38 am.

Devon Michael Polk, age 19, 15 High Lane, Whipple, for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Polk was arrested in Whipple by Deputy Sheriff Reeder and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Jan 11 at 3:03 am.

Coty Michael Adams, age 19, 371 Walnut Drive, Whipple, for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Adams was arrested in Whipple by Deputy Sheriff Reeder and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Jan 11 at 3:43 am.

Ira Heyward Jr., age 50, 632 Eighth Street, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Heyward was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Linscott of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Jan 11 at 2:18 pm.
