On 5 Jan 11 Bill McFall, age 52, 1218 Williamson Avenue, New Matamoras, reported he allowed a family member to borrow a vehicle and the family member removed the license plates. After the family member returned the license plates Mr. McFall declined to pursue the matter further (610).

On 5 Jan 11 a fifty year old Marietta resident reported the morning of 26 Dec 10 her daughter discovered an eviscerated deer in their driveway with a note in its mouth. The victim stated her husband is due in court this month on sexual-related offenses and she felt the note caused her to fear for her safety. This case remains under investigation (1209).

On 5 Jan 11 the owner of Marietta Joint and Clutch, 18593 State Route 7, Marietta, reported sometime overnight an unknown suspect(s) stole four clutch cores and other various pieces of scrap were stolen from behind the business. This case remains under investigation (200).

On 5 Jan 11 Detective Parks issued a citation to Keith A. Lowe, age 21, 1990 State Route 339, Belpre, for driving under a suspended license. Detective Parks originally stopped Mr. Lowe for speeding on State Route 7 near Gravel Bank Road in Warren Township.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Joshua Robert Radcliff, age 27, 1325 Stewartstown Road Apt. C4, Morgantown, WV, for OVI, for driving under an OVI suspended license, possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors. Radcliff was arrested on Pike Street by Patrolman Saho of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Jan 11 at 4:45 am.

Ryan Graham Matheny, age 24, 233 Hillcrest Drive Apt. D, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Matheny was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Jan 11 at 1:48 pm.

Michael Ray Lucas Sr., age 42, State Route 83, Beverly, for felony charges of theft and forgery and for a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines. Lucas was picked up at the Noble County Jail by Deputy Sherriff Tornes and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Jan 11 at 2:05 pm.

John Joby Stone, age 30, 5359 Waterford Road, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation and for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, both misdemeanors. Stone was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Jan 11 at 3:55 pm.

Derek Scott Barnhart, age 20, 624 Ruby Street, Belmont, WV, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Barnhart was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Jan 11 at 4:02 pm.

Jakeb Michael Bailey, age 20, 4746 Federal Road, Coolville, for a felony charge of being in possession of a weapon while under disability and for four misdemeanor charges of using a weapon while intoxicated. Bailey was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Patrolman Ellenwood of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Jan 11 at 4:16 pm.

Christopher Michael Factor, age 32, 319 Fourth Street, Dennison, OH, for three counts of trafficking in drugs, all felonies. Factor turned himself in to Corrections Officers and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Jan 11 at 4:39 pm.

Johnnie E. Worthington, age 31, 915 Herring Avenue, Mansfield, OH, for being an intoxicated pedestrian along a roadway, a misdemeanor. Worthington was arrested on Pike Street by Patrolman Ritchie of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Jan 11 at 11:30 pm.
