On 23 Dec 10 Deputy Sheriff Mankins arrested Tyler J. McMahan, age 18, 2003 Barth Road, Belpre, for possession of cocaine and for obstructing official business. Investigating a report from an anonymous caller, Deputy Mankins located Mr. McMahan at a residence on Roberts Road in Belpre. During a consensual pat down of Mr. McMahan, Deputy Mankins discovered a small bag containing a white rocky substance that field tested positive for cocaine. The obstructing charge rested from the fact that Mr. McMahan stated he was seventeen years old.

On 23 Dec 10 Amy Disbrow, age 32, 116 Michigan Avenue, Marietta, reported sometime overnight an unknown suspect entered her unlocked vehicle and stole an iPod and charger. Additionally, residents at 503 and 616 1/2 Masonic Park Road and 102 Creston Avenue reported a GPS unit, a CD player and an iPod Touch were stolen from their vehicles. This case remains under investigation (790).

On 23 Dec 10 Deputy Sheriff Anderson issued a citation to Mary E. Wolfe, age 32, 412 Lord Street, Marietta, for driving under an FRA suspended license. Deputy Anderson stopped Ms. Wolfe on State Route 26 in Pioneer Township.

On 23 Dec 10 Mona Boyd-Anderson, age 46, 112 Mill Street, Waterford, reported her live-in boyfriend Joshua Grahame, age 35, arrived home intoxicated and shoved her against a door three times. Ms. Boyd-Anderson said Mr. Grahame then departed their residence and was en route to work. Deputy Sheriff Rhodes located Mr. Grahame on State Route 339 and conducted a traffic stop near milepost ten. Deputy Rhodes noticed Mr. Grahame had bloodshot eyes and that his speech was slurred. Following Mr. Grahame’s poor performance on field sobriety tests, Deputy Rhodes arrested him for OVI and domestic violence and transported him to the Washington County Jail. At the jail Mr. Grahame tested .126 BAC.

On 23 Dec 10 Karenetta Hoover, age 48, 3155 State Route 26, Marietta, reported she believes her purse was stolen while she ran errands with a friend in Marietta that afternoon. Ms. Hoover’s purse was later turned in at Big Lots but was missing $47 and her hydrocodone pills. This case remains under investigation (610).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Christa Joan St. Andry, age 22, 136 Meadows Mobile Home Park, Parkersburg, for aggravated menacing, a misdemeanor. St. Andry was arrested on Cisler Drive by Patrolman Thomas of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Dec 10 at 3:46 am.

Joshua Adley Graham, age 35, 112 Mill Street, Waterford for a felony charge of domestic violence and for a misdemeanor charge of OVI. Graham was arrested near milepost ten on State Route 550 by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Dec 10 at 7:33 am.

Jakeb Michael Bailey, age 20, 4746 Federal Road, Coolville, for underage possession of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Bailey was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Dec 10 at 6:39 pm.

Todd Allen Carpenter, age 44, 770 Ferncliff Drive, Marietta, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Carpenter was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Simmons and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Dec 10 at 10:06 pm.
