On 12 Dec 10 Deputy Sheriff Smeeks issued minor
misdemeanor citations to Rodney M. Johnson, age 24, and his
brother Randy E. Johnson, age 31, both of 678 Walsh Road, Vincent,
for disorderly conduct by fighting. Intoxicated and arguing
the previous evening, both suspects wrestled and struck each
other during the incident.
On 12 Dec 10 Roger Hardie, age 30, 9645 State
Route 821, Lower Salem, reported at some point since 30 Nov
an unknown suspect(s) cut the padlock off his storage unit at
75 Highland Ridge Road, Lower Salem. Mr. Hardie stated the only
item stolen was a Little Rocket motorcycle valued at $250. This
case remains under investigation (594).
The following individual
wAS processed into the Washington County Jail:
Richard Curtis Martin, age 22, Route 3 Box
157, Bridgeport, WV, for possession of drug paraphernalia and
for two counts of possession of drugs, all misdemeanors. Martin
was arrested near milepost four on Interstate 77 by the Ohio
State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 12 Dec 10 at 6:00 pm.
