On 30 Nov 10 Charity D. Bailey, age 22, 304
Third Street, Lowell, reported she is in the process of moving
out of the residence she shares with her boyfriend Keith A.
Huff, age 27, and an argument erupted as she packed her belongings.
Arguing mostly over money, Ms. Bailey said Mr. Huff became upset
and threatened to shoot her car. Mr. Huff then retrieved a loaded
handgun and walked outside near where Ms. Bailey’s vehicle
was parked. At that point, Ms. Bailey phoned for help out of
concern that Mr. Huff would cause damage to her vehicle. Mr.
Huff was cooperative when Sgt. Underwood and Deputy Carr arrived
and was not in possession of a weapon at that time. Mr. Huff
said the weapon was loaded but he had no intention of shooting
Ms. Bailey’s vehicle. As a result of the incident, Deputy
Carr arrested Mr. Huff for aggravated menacing. After being
treated for a minor medical issue Mr. Huff was transported to
the Washington County Jail.
On 30 Nov 10 a passerby reported finding trash
along the roadway in the vicinity of 730 Elba Hill Road in Aurelius
Township. This case remains under investigation (296).

Mark Richard Robinson, age 1800 Muskingum River
Road, Lowell, for telephone harassment, a misdemeanor. Robinson
turned himself in to Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 30 Nov 10 at 10:55 am.
Joshua Wayne Caldwell, age 28, PO Box 751,
Princeton, for theft, a felony. Caldwell was picked up at the
Central Regional Jail in Sutton, WV by Deputy Sheriff Underwood
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Nov 10 at
Keith Allen Huff, age 27, 304 Fifth Street,
Lowell, for aggravated menacing, a misdemeanor. Huff was arrested
at Selby Hospital by Deputy Sheriff Carr and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 30 Nov 10 at 10:01 pm.
