On 28 Nov 10 Teresa M. Young, age 46, 3915 State Route 676, Stockport, reported at some point during the past day her 1995 Chevy Blazer was stolen from her driveway. Mrs. Young stated she keeps the vehicle at her residence with the keys in the car for her family to use for emergencies. Deputy Sheriff Smeeks subsequently determined that Mrs. Young’s twenty-one year old son took the vehicle and was involved in a single vehicle crash in Athens County. Fully informed of the circumstances, Mrs. Young said she would not have reported the vehicle stolen if she knew her son took it. Therefore, Deputy Smeeks closed this case as unfounded.
