On 26 Nov 10 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued a citation to Daniel J. Burkhart, age 18, 805 Bethel Road, Marietta, for failing to obey a traffic control device. Deputy Mankins Hornbeck stopped Mr. Burkhart after he failed to stop at a red light at the intersection of Seventh and Greene streets in Marietta.

On 26 Nov 10 Nicky Lamp, age 37, 318 Main Street, Lowell, reported he went to bed around 10 pm the previous evening and when he awoke at 12:30 am he noticed his forty-two inch flat panel television was missing from his living room. This case remains under investigation (790).

On 26 Nov 10 Sgt. Hornbeck issued a citation to Ronald W. Downing, age 71, 135 Kennebec Avenue, McConnelsville, for failing to obey a traffic control device. Sgt. Hornbeck stopped Mr. Downing after he failed to stop at a red light at the intersection of State Route 60 and Walnut Street in Lowell.

On 26 Nov 10 Amanda Hoy, age25, 105 Rauch Drive, Marietta, reported she suffered a minor injury during a fight with her father Robert, age 50. Ms. Hoy stated her father harassed her over dirty dishes while she attempted to retrieve holiday decorations from their attic and also made several derogatory statements about her. When she approached her father to ask him to stop making comments, Ms. Hoy said her father grabbed her by the shirt and shoved her into pantry doors. Ms. Hoy said she attempted to push Mr. Hoy away but they fell to the floor and she struck the back of her head. Based on the evidence he obtained, Deputy Sheriff Caltrider arrested Mr. Hoy for domestic violence and transported him to the Washington County Jail.

On 26 Nov 10 the owner of Connections Day Spa, 224 Main Street, Lowell, reported sometime between 24 Nov and 26 Nov an unknown suspect(s) entered the business and stole more than $1,100 from a tip jar in the hair cutting area of the spa. This case remains under investigation (1104).
