On 23 Nov 10 Deputy Sheriff Travaglio responded to the scene of death of a sixty-three year old New Matamoras resident. The man’s death appears to be due to natural causes; no foul play is suspected.

On 23 Nov 10 Deputy Sheriff Reeder requested a summons for Albert Bell, age 18, 10 Browns Road Apt. 4B, Marietta, for underage consumption of alcohol. Transported to Marietta Memorial Hospital after his grandmother phoned 911 for him, Mr. Bell informed a dispatcher on the line that he consumed an alcoholic beverage. At the hospital Mr. Bell stated he stole a twenty-four ounce alcoholic beverage from Byer’s Exxon and consumed the beverage in his apartment complex’s laundry room. Mr. Bell tested .055 BAC.
