On 17 Nov 10 Sebrina Cooper, age 40, 982 Hadley Hollow Road, Marietta, reported she was involved in an altercation with her live-in boyfriend Henry Leimkuehler, age 40. Arguing over the fact that her boyfriend gave his phone number to another woman, Ms. Cooper stated she sat on a piece of exercise equipment in an attempt to diffuse the situation. Mr. Leimkuehler then went on a tirade, throwing and shattering picture frames, tossing a lamp and emptying a bucket of fireplace ashes on Ms. Cooper. Despite the fact that Ms. Cooper did not want pursue charges in the matter, Deputy Sheriff Travaglio determined the facts merited charges.
