Archive of 11-01-10

On 1 Nov 10 Blake McKinney, age 60, 6650 Highland Ridge Road, Lowell, reported he recently noticed five rifles and a shotgun were missing from a closet in his home. Mr. McKinney stated the last time he recalls seeing the weapons was approximately two months ago. The stolen guns are estimated to be worth in excess of $2,000. This case remains under investigation (790).

On 1 Nov 10 an employee of Broad Street Services reported a number of items were stolen from an oil rig truck parked at 1823 State Route 550, Barlow. The employee said the theft occurred sometime between 22 Oct and 26 Oct and estimated the value of the stolen items was in excess of $15,000. This case remains under investigation (200).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Amy Lucille Marshall, age 34, 207 Florence Street, Belpre, for failing to register a dog, for failing to confine/restrain a dog, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines and for contempt for failing to pay fines, all misdemeanors. Marshall was arrested in Belpre by Patrolman Heddleston of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Nov 10 at 9:59 am.

Robbie Dale Adkins, age 37, 202 Second Street, Beverly, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Adkins turned himself in at the Courthouse and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Nov 10 at 10:15 am.

Charles Edwin Day Jr., age 27, 830 Mount Tom Road, Marietta, for breach of recognizance and for contempt for failing to pay fines, both misdemeanors. Day turned himself in at the Courthouse and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Nov 10 at 10:15 am.

Mitchell Dean Needs, age 30, 2360 State Route 266, Stockport, for violating the terms of his parole, a felony. Needs was arrested on Fifth Street by Patrolman Warden of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Nov 10 at 3:27 pm.

Brian Michael Taylor, age 23, 102 Flintwood Drive, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Taylor was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Nov 10 at 4:55 pm.
