Archive of 10-06-10

On 6 Oct 10 a witness reported a queen size mattress was stolen from his daughter’s former residence at 401 Third Street, Macksburg. The complainant stated his daughter, Christy Collins, age 27, moved out west and he noticed the door to her trailer standing open when he checked the residence that evening. No other property appears missing. This case remains under investigation (1090).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Ulysses Eugene Wells, age 31, 737 Mary Street, Belpre, for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. Wells was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Stump of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Oct 10 at 4:04 am.

Jesse Reed Conley, age 18, 102 Laramie Road, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Conley turned himself in at Marietta Municipal Court and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Oct 10 at 2:03 pm.

Scott Everett Collins, age 25, 2011 Redstone Drive, Fairborn, OH, for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Collins was picked up in Greene County, OH by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Oct 10 at 3:54 pm.

Joshua Steven Tierney, age 35, 56 Main Street, East Windsor, CT, for a felony charge of receiving stolen property and for misdemeanor charges of driving under a suspended license, speeding and operating a vehicle with foreign plates. Tierney was arrested on State Route 7 by Patrolman Heddleston of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Oct 10 at 10:25 pm.
