Archive of 10-05-10

On 5 Oct 10 a resident on Ridgewood Boulevard in Belpre reported his eighty year old wife ran from their residence to a wooded area behind their home. A neighbor located the victim prior to the arrival of Deputies and returned her to her home. The victim, who exhibited signs of Alzheimer’s, stated to Deputy Sheriff Carr that she felt smothered by her husband’s and son’s attempts to monitor her and she ran to get away from them. Deputy Carr arranged for the victim to stay with a neighbor overnight and informed Adult Protective Services of the incident.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

William David Lewis, age 50, 108 Berry Lane, Marietta, for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. Lewis was arrested at 104 Dawes Circle by Patrolman Thomas of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Oct 10 at 3:04 am.

Keith Allen Crace, age 40, 1722 Turkey Hollow Road, Cutler, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Crace was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Oct 10 at 9:19 am.

Darrel Wayne Gamiere, age 56, 119 Main Street, Lower Salem, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Gamiere was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Oct 10 at 10:33 am.

Robert Matthew Parrish, age 34, 76 Hazelwood Road, Marietta, for aggravated burglary, a felony. Parrish was picked up at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility by Deputy Sheriff Tornes and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Oct 10 at 2:00 pm.
