On 4 Sep 10 Lt. Stackpole issued a citation to Jesse O. Nutter, age 23, 50455 Bigley Ridge Road, Long Bottom, for failure to register a vehicle. Lt. Stackpole stopped Mr. Nutter on US 50 near State Route 339 in Belpre Township.

On 4 Sep 10 an emergency room employee at Camden Clark Hospital reported Brandon M. Harshbarger, age 21, 9507 Federal Road, Cutler, was receiving treatment for injuries suffered during a fight at his home. Mr. Harshbarger would not identify the other party involved in the incident but did state that it was one of his friends. Mr. Harshbarger declined to pursue charges in the matter (1293).

On 4 Sep 10 a passerby reported noticing several bags of trash on property located at 787 Lovers Lane, Beverly. Locating articles of mail in the garbage bags, Deputy Sheriff Holbert identified a seventeen year old Lowell resident as a suspect. When questioned, the teenager admitted disposing of the trash at the location because he did not have time to transport it to Parkersburg before the landfill closed. The property owner declined to pursue charges in the matter after the juvenile cleaned up the trash (1104).
